THE 4th RING EXPRESSWAY PROJECT, ZHENGZHOU,CHINA
Ø Design for 5 segment casting yard and consultancy services to the contractors on girder erection techniques.
Ø Segment Erection Construction for the Southern Section and Western Section of the Fourth Ring Expressway, totally about 2,000 pcs of Segments was erected on schedule, and overcame the difficulties of 100m radius curve at ramp and erecting segment at 18m height.
The 4th Ring Expressway Project in Zhengzhou is a new ring road after the 3rd ring expressway, with total length of 93 Km, of which 86.3 Km is the upgrading or reconstruction of the existing roads, including 65 Km viaducts. The Precast Segmental Method is adopted for the construction of viaducts, totally about 50,000 pieces of segments Viaducts is constructed from December of 2017 and finished in the end of 2019.
